The cheese knife by Rada Cutlery is designed to easily cut through soft cheeses like Brie and hard cheeses like mild cheddar. The knife easily slices through the cheese because of the special serrated blade while the cutouts help the cheese to release. Other features include the angled handle to provide additional leverage, a ridge to separate the cheese when cutting and a forked end for serving.
